This page explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on dose.day and how you can manage your choices. Cookie choices are separate from the personal record and email permissions in the sleep quiz.

How do your choices work?
You can accept, reject or individually select optional categories in the cookie panel. Change your choices through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page. Browsing the site or reading this notice alone does not give consent. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent you from shopping or viewing the locally generated sleep quiz results.
- Necessary: Functions required to operate the store, including the cart, session, security and saving your privacy choices. Depending on the processing activity, these are assessed under Article 5(2)(c), (ç) or (f) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
- Analytics: Understanding store usage and areas where we can improve the experience. Consent-based measurement relies on explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK.
- Preferences: Non-essential personalisation choices are enabled when you select them.
- Advertising: A separate choice for advertising measurement and marketing tools in use. This choice does not create an email subscription.
Experience analysis with Microsoft Clarity
When you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity may create heatmaps and session recordings from interactions such as clicks, scrolling, page navigation and time spent on eligible store pages. The purpose is to improve experience issues, such as hard-to-find buttons, difficult controls and page flow.
The integration does not load Clarity tracking before analytics permission is given. The sleep quiz, personal data requests, contact, account, cart, search, checkout and policy pages are excluded from this Clarity recording. Forms are masked; no user identifier containing a name, email, phone number or health-related answers is sent to Clarity. Clarity advertising storage permission remains disabled.
Clarity data is processed on Microsoft infrastructure and may be processed or accessed outside Türkiye. This page does not imply that all data is stored within Türkiye. The provider’s practices are explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Clarity cookie documentation. Transfer obligations under the KVKK also apply.
Cookies and their durations
The list below covers relevant Shopify infrastructure cookies and the main cookies in the Clarity setup. Whether a cookie is created depends on the feature you use, your permissions and the provider’s version; not all cookies are placed on every visit.

The current scope and durations of Shopify features are described in the Shopify Cookie Policy. A cookie’s duration is different from the retention period of an analytics record on a server. Providers’ own retention policies also apply.
Moon Surprise and repeat displays
Closing Moon Surprise, your coupon choice and a coupon request in progress are remembered in the same tab’s session storage. Refreshing the page before completing a request may reopen the popup. Once a request is successfully completed, its completion date and unlocked campaign codes are kept in local storage to avoid showing it again in the same browser for 30 days. This record contains no name, email, phone number or health-related answers and is not sent to advertising platforms.
After 30 days, a welcome-back message may appear on an eligible visit. To avoid repeating codes previously unlocked in the same browser, campaign history is kept for up to one year from the last update. The expiry check happens the next time this feature loads. Remembering ends when the period expires or you clear browser data. Participation may not be recognised in another browser or on another device. This feature manages repeat displays within the store; campaign email permission is a separate choice.
Changing permission and your rights
Withdrawing analytics permission stops Clarity recording through this integration. It will not load on subsequent pages without renewed permission. You can also delete cookies on your device through your browser settings. Deleting browser cookies does not constitute a request to delete records held by the business.
